When is Wildhorse Bluffs scheduled to start construction?

We are now under construction with only a few lots remaining. 

What is the school district and schools?

Wildhorse Bluffs is in the highly ranked Rockwood School District feeding into Chesterfield Elementary and Lafayette High School!

 

How big are the lots?

We have taken exceptional pride in ensuring each 1+ acre lot has a beautiful view overlooking the Chesterfield Valley as well as a nice size yard for kids, pets, friends, and families to enjoy!  Homesites that will have a retaining wall can be comforted with the structural warranty and the geogrid engineered reinforced walls.

Is there a lot premium?

No, which saves you more to put towards building out the home of your dreams!

 

Will the homes have retaining walls?

Lots, 2, 3, and 4 will have geogrid engineered retaining walls included to help provide additional backyard living space. 

Can you install a 10' pour basement?

Absolutely!  Homes include a 9' pour walkout basement, 10 foot on the main floor, and 9 foot on the second floor but can be upgraded to include a 10' basement pour, 10' main floor, and a 9' 2nd floor.  Make sure to check out the included features section for more details.  

Are there any special assessments or Home Owner Association dues? 

While some neighboring communities may have special assessment fees, Wildhorse Bluffs does not have a special assessment fee at closing.  Also, there is not an annual HOA fee.

What if I want to customize plans even more?

We are happy to meet with you to review any special custom requests. Any changes to the architectural design will be charged an hourly rate for the architect. 

Will there be enough room for a pool?

Yes!  Some of our future homeowners are already working on a pool design for their lots.  Take a look at the Floorplan pictures on our site so see samples of our Oasis Package that overlooks Chesterfield Valley!

 

Can we add a gate to the Porte Cochere elevations?  

Absolutely!  Check out our Door and Gate Design under the Home Design for some ideas.

How do we reserve our lot?

Click on the "Inquire Now" button at the top of the page to schedule an appointment to review the design, elevation, and any additional questions you may have. The developer takes great pride in providing white glove service and happy to sit down with you to walk through your home design.

Will Wildhorse Bluffs work with my agent?

Absolutely!  We have an exceptional sales team to walk you through the entire process including helping you sell your existing home.  We are also happy to work with your agent as well. 

How will my construction loan work?

We have a few lending partners lined up to help walk you through the process offering low interest rates that you can lock in now before rates change, interest only construction loans, and some lending partners offering only one close...saving each homeowner thousands in closing costs.  Check out our "Financing" tab for more details.

 

Can you build on our lot? 

Yes!  If you own your own lot, or considering purchasing an undeveloped lot, we are happy to sit down with you and Adams Development to get the same white glove service to build your next dream home.
